Sincerely, it was a very nice stay on a night away from London. The location was incredible, to rolyn beach! Tried some takeout specials at The Friary, luckily it was just a short stroll away from the venue. I enjoyed family restaurants around.

Everything is superb here, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on a night away from London. The rooms are well-equipped and they have a sea facing balcony, a satellite television, and a coffeemaker. Its location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, just a walking distance from Christ Church. Family restaurant is beautiful for Saturday lunch.

Everything was first-class, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The breakfast was good hot and bountiful with every taste, great portions and endless hot toast and the restaurant food was outstanding. The location was wonderful - short walk to the sea with outdoor seating, under cover and heaters, seafront in Southend and the restaurant.

Was a great place for christmas. Truly enjoyed how truly exceptional the property was and its caring staff from the receptionists and all the staff. Had perfect location down the seafront and brand-new rooms. Plus, it was really close to the town centre, the restaurant for dinner and the sea. I was here for 1 night and ate at family restaurant for Saturday lunch. Tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were a big plus.
The bed was a little lumpy, unfortunately.
